What film did you watch last night?

Saw Bambi for the first time.

Not as good as I was expecting really. I wouldn't rate it as one of their greatest films.
 
Watched Paranormal activity and while I wouldn't say it was the 'scariest film ever', it was pretty good and sometimes made me forget I was watching a movie and think I was watching an episode of ghosthunters or some such show :p

I'd give it a 7/10
 
Just got back from Bad lieutenant : Port of Call, New Orleans.

Thought it was average tbh. Definitely not Werner Herzog's greatest work

Body of Lies

After watching Blood Diamond I looked at DiCaprio's filmography and noticed this film which had completely passed me by. Spy thriller with Ridley Scott directing and Russell Crowe co-starring I thought it would pwn. Sadly it didn't live up to expectations. :( But still it was entertaining.
 
The Prestige

It was good, but I'd heard so many people talk about how good it was that I couldn't help but be let down by the ending.

It also seemed a bit of a swizz that the whole thing, being a film about magic, then relied on something so manifestly not magic.

Or, looking at it the other way, the explanation of the magic trick was true magic, which is a bit of a deus ex machina really.
