Watched Der Untergang (Downfall), been meaning to for a while now. Bloody fantastic viewing, acting and direction was all perfect. Amazing but awfully tragic story.

Tonight I watches two films:

Das Boot (Directors Cut) – I'm a bit ashamed to admit it's taken me this long to watch it. Gripping film that really portrays the claustrophobic environment and tension of being under attack with no escape.

Death Race (Jason Statham version) – proper trashy (in a good way) so wrong that it's right. The only thing that bugged me (out of all of the continuity errors) is that in an America where the economy has collapsed, who's going to have the cash to pay $300 to watch convicts kill each other?

Well I started to watch War, Inc. However, I got about half-way through and gave up. It's the biggest steaming pile of turd ever.

So I watched Fight Club instead.
