What film did you watch last night?

Last couple nights watched.....

Hall Pass - Dissapointing, fit girl from Scrubs was in it though which almost made it passable. 5/10

Cedar Rapids - More like it, John C Reilly cracks me up so 7/10

Battle Los Angeles - Crap, by the number drivel. Boring characters, boring aliens and cliche everything. 5/10

Just watched Push, what a waste of time that was. Seriously bad film, I doubt anyone involved in the making of that film understand what the story is about. It had such potential to be a great film but instead we spent most of the film stuck in a room talking about what to do next. And then it gets to a point when we arent allowed to know what happens next so then they do stuff and we are meant to be like "oh yeah cool" without any meaning behind any action - ridiculous film.

Push - 0/10 rating from me.

Just finished watching Earth on my new BluRay drive.
Wonderful animals, wonderful scenery, wonderful soundtrack, wonderful Patrick Stewart narration.

100/10.

Alfred Hitchcock's Rear Window. We thought it was excellent. It's very well shot, and that it all takes place in or from one room gives it a very close, oppressive feel. There's also the voyeurism of it, and the fact that he is only a passive observer for the vast majority of the film. It's quite unusual for the lead to be so uninvolved.

James Stewart is excellent as always and Grace Kelly does a good job and isn't totally vapid as the socialite girlfriend, which makes a change.

Tigerland - 6/10

We've seen better nam films lets be honest, I was trying to see where the plotlines would lead up to but wasn't expecting all the training camp drama which wasn't as good as FMJ anyways

The curious case of benjamin button.

I'm struggling to describe it, however it kept me watching despite having no guns/cars/boobs, which is a first.

I watched The Hangover 2 and Blitz yesterday.

The Hangover was very disappointing, 6/10. I loved the first one, probably why I expected too much from this one. Alan was mildly amusing, Edd was just irritating as hell.

Blitz, typical Statham film, what he does best though! I liked it, very gritty and the guy who played the bad guy was very good. My fave genre so I would always going to like it. 8/10
