What film did you watch last night?

Harry Pothead (Potter) & The Deathly Hallows Part 1.

My other half loves Harry Potter and I can't stand it for the most part but I am a D&D nut so for these kids to have this kind of of powerful magic just does not sit right with me :P

Watched 'Kill The Irishman' the other day. One of the best films i have seen in years.

Watched 'Neds' last night, weird film! and very hard to understand, unless your unfortunate enough to be Scottish.

Harry Pothead (Potter) & The Deathly Hallows Part 1.

Glad I'm not the only one that refers to him in that manner :p

We had a oldies night last night and watched The Guns of Navarone.

Absolute classic in my eyes and it's now over 50 years old (1961) I wont bother typing a synopsis or giving a rating as I'm sure the majority of movie buffs on here have seen it and (I would hope) rate it highly :D

Just came back from watching X-Men - awesome. I actually liked how the story line came close to the original comic books or did a very good job of how they all got to where they are/were.

I don't understand the love for this film. I thought it was pretty boring.

Goodfellas, Scarface, Godfathers then the later Reservoir Dogs and Pulp fiction are some of my best gangster films and Kill the Irishman was just as good as them for me.

Dont see good proper gangster films these days! And this film just felt like the good old ones!

I would give it a 10/10

X-men.

Very good film and doesnt follow on from comic origins - but I find that fine.

Good characterisation, none of them opposite/vastly different to comic lore.

Nice set up for follow up films.

I too just got back from the new X-Men flick. I was amazed, it was actually good!? Very very good, one of the best comic book films up with Spiderman 2/X2/Iron Man.

I think the first time in a long time I'm actually gagging for a sequel! Such a shame X-Men & Spiderman didn't get packaged off to Disney, I'd love to see a Wolverine/Captain America overlap in WW2.

Last night i watched Hall Pass

It was ok, nothing special about it at all other than a few decent one liners and a couple of good looking birds.

6/10

This morning i watched Wall-E in full glorious HD.

Visually stunning, however i still find it very boring as does my son.

7/10

X-men First Class - I enjoyed it.. better than xmen 2 and 3 and i'd say on a par with xmen 1. There was quite a lot of cheesy dialogue though, but I thought James McAvoy and Fassbender were brilliant.
