What game did you play last?

Got a decent charity shop find yesterday. Forbidden Island. Haven't played it yet, but it looks pretty good.

Today got several games in. Deep Regrets, Bunny Kingdom, Space Base and Souvenirs from Venice.

Also backed the Flamecraft expansion on Kickstarter. Don't want the 2 player game version, but the expansion. Yes please.

My boy plays ticket to ride with me. We play face up to make it a bit easier for him and I can provide him suggestions. Never played forbidden island, will take a look cheers.
 
Forbidden Island was a great Entry to gaming with my daughter years ago. Forbidden Desert was an interesting follow on, would recommend both. Never got around to any of the others.
 
@phinix very similar but with some interesting tweaks. Not played for a while so I might miss something but you are trying to find the parts for a plane/airship in the sands. The sand level rises making it harder and I think you run the risk of everything being obliterated in the sandstorm.

Weird but I just went to double check and I cannot find it anywhere. My daughter has Island on her shelf but it's not in her room or on the main games shelf :eek:.

I bought it to play with my niece who was in the lower age range for it at that time

She found it waaay to complex, and TBF so did I for a board game that I thought would be fairly simple with it being a Disney game.

Sat in the cupboard ever since,didn't find it interesting enough to plough through.
