What have you done to your car today?

Maybe. :p

Grud - you know what must happen next.

Any kits available for those?

In Japan yeah, basically any after market parts you need to go to Japan and import it.. coilovers, lowering springs etc.. bodykit is around 1500 all in before paint :o gf wants bov, springs to lower it a teeny bit and exhaust mods. Bodykit might have to wait but she's enjoying the car and that's all I care about haha :)

Drilled a hole in the column cover in the truck to mount a switch so I can view the rear view camera at any time.. and drilled it too high so it's directly into a metal bar... new cover is $100.... siiiiiigh

Can't you just put a small rubber bung in the hole? No one would ever know, except you!

Two new front tyres (MPSS) and an alignment correction on the M135i. Also passed 59,000 miles in it the other day. Thankfully I've still got a year of the original warranty left on it so will probably sell it at the start of 2018 before I'm out of warranty.

Find the specs of the springs and see if any other small cars use the same size. :)

Yeah, trying to! Very little info online or my Googlefu is letting me down!

How was the reliability on it over the time ?

Car in front drive over a piece of either metal or particilarly chunky plastic which then deflected off my windscreen leaving many nice scratches / scuffs.

Thinking slightly positively it would have made an incredible mess if it had bounced off a couple of panels but obviously scratched glass isn't ideal.

It isn't terrible and is out of direct line of sight so I'm considering trying to polish the area and see how it comes up before getting it replaced. Anyone ever tried some abrasive glass compound to remove/round off windscreen scratches?

Sanding, filling, sanding, filling, sanding filling. What seems like an eternity of sanding and filling to get what can be no more than a 0.5mm fine skim over some blemishes on the roof of the 205.

Evercoat Rage Gold is an excellent filler.

I've noticed a strange problem with my clutch today. Seems to work fine, but under any load the pedal feels quite rough when engaged. It's perfectly smooth when the engine is at idle though. Any ideas? :(

Mowed my lawn and looked up at MINI wheels... missus said she hit a bump like a pothole.

Nah that's a kerb love.

Sorted out Car Insurance for another year

Off to wales for the weekend, so i got the tracking and wheel balancing all sorted

Car cleaned outside, hovered inside, tyre pressures checked, oil checked, and top up of screen wash

Boost leaks again. Should definitely be fixed now but I won't be surprised if they're not. This spring clip design vag use is the most stupidest design I've ever seen.

Also attempted to fit an egr delete but that isn't happening due to the nature of the bolts and the hulk tightening them.

Finally got some primer on the roof - Bilt Hamber Etchweld on the aluminium plate, Bilt Hamber Electrox on the rest - it feels like something you should be painting a destroyer with

Dynamatted the rear doors tonight, that's every surface except the roof now covered in Dynamat (sound deadening). Considering doing the roof to keep wind noise and the temperature down.
