What have you done to your car today?

Not my / our car ,yet, but made a bit of a schoolboy error test driving an f20 118d Sport at the weekend, thought something was wrong with it, it was quite quick upto about 60 but wouldn’t go any faster no matter what I did until the salesman pointed out I’d knocked the speed limiter on (button on the steering wheel) :o :D

Bought the car though and was pleased with the part ex we got on my partners Nissan Note, £500 more than we’d been offered elsewhere, I thought BMW of all people would have low balled us there.
 
Renewed the car insurance. Tried to haggle, got some lower quotes but then found out higher excess and didn't include protected no claims. Went with my original renewal quote with Chris Knott and I haggled to get same price as last year despite having a non fault claim on my policy now. £377 for Mondeo mk4 2.5T. Thought it was going to be much more considering the claim.

After training i will try Baffles out. Even by my standard its well LOUD when You floor it hahahaha. Shiet could swear its louder than Integra. Reminded me why after driving EG6 with normal test pipe I said I will never have not resonated test pipe again. On Dc2 I had HFC think I could get one for Zee at some point. You know It's nice to HEAR person shouting in car next to You haha.

Only louider thing Iw heard was my mate RX7 it had only back box :D


Update grabbed my mate from Doncaster Airport and.... Well its not as loud as Integra after all. Guess driving at 4700rpm on 5th gear @73mph does that :D
