What have you done to your car today?

You'd need to find the actual engine code (might be on a plate somewhere) and look that up. According to this only the 105PS has a chain. Also some example engine codes mentioned. I also saw somewhere the belt is for the life of the car...

Might be worth checking the service schedule in the manual.
Thanks - interestingly I can't see to cross reference it. Any further thoughts?:

Winter wheels on the passenger side for a few days while the car sits on the drive and they're refurbished.

Last month I didn't have the clearance against the calliper due to differing rim offsets, I could house the calliper between the spokes but it fouled during rotation.

The spacers fitted a few weeks ago actually gave enough clearance to mean driving the car is possible but can't say I'd like to with summers on one side and winters on the other :o

Not by me personally, but I've had confirmation that my Evo engine is now within few feet of it's rightful place :)

Hoping to be fitted and hooked up next week. Unfortunately, the ECU (Link) is on backorder with apparently no ETA :(

Had to call out the breakdown service (thankfully included in the insurance) as the Caterham wouldn't start. It hasn't been out in a month, so I'm not surprised.
I should probably invest in a trickle charger :o

Not enough juice to start it after only 4 days :(
CTEK 3.8 arriving tomorrow!
Mine is hard-wired in, with the connector sitting just under the dash on the passenger side on a tab of velcro.
Reminds me, I should probably go plug it in!

Changed the gearbox oil in my M5 this afternoon ready for a trip away tomorrow. Also bled the clutch slave by removing and operating the plunger manually while cracking the bleeder screw open and angling the valve so it's the highest point (common on the E36 apparently). The combination of those two made a very nice difference to the clutch feel/engagement and the shift action, pleasing difference!

I've bought a cigarette socket adapter. Should be good enough.
Surprised I'm having these issues now; haven't had any at all since I bought it in August. I guess that 4-weeks off must've done it.

Why do people flash when you overtake them? Your going at half the speed limit, it’s a straight road, I’ve given you as much room as there is on the road, I’ve pulled back in many car lengths ahead of you.

To say you're safely clear to move back over, like trucks? :p
Or... to compliment you on your perfect overtake manoeuvre.
OR because they're ******* ********.

Your choice ;)

Hah, maybe. I’ll take it as a compliment :D

The noise probably startled her in her punto :p
If you've got a loud car, people think it's going much faster than it is, especially under acceleration.

-edit, unless it's some turd with a drainpipe on the back. They aren't fooling anyone :p

On another note, I’ve recently added borderless (and car dealershipless) plates. I’ve had a few comments from people who haven’t noticed them before and they do standout a lot more than before. Contrary to my neighbours belief they are still stuck on too. Considering I nearly removed the paint getting the old adhesive off, I don’t think they are going anywhere.

You say people...I tend to find those people fit in to a set group of narrow demographics.

Once i have found a decent set of track wheels & tyres the plan is to do a few track days to get comfortable and then think about more mods i.e weight saving, lsd, m3 arms, seats etc
