what headphones do you own thread - i own dt150's :)

Got a pair of Seinheiser 958's myself. Condors is a big deal for me as a lot of headphones rest on my ears instead of around them so on longer gaming stints and with these it feels like they aren't even on my head. Oh and not bad cans sound wise either :)

I have a D1050, the headphone amp on the D1050 is very nice, the DAC is also very good, I use the headphone amp with the shure 1540 and the DAC connected to a NAD 326 amp for TV and PC etc. D1050 with 1540 is a great combo, the amp is 1.2w which is powerful enough for most headphones and sounds better than anything else I have used.

Had I bit of a win today I think

Ordered a pair of Hifiman HE-400 off the well known auction site for £216 buy it now delivered (brand new from a well known hifi dealer) thought it was a good price and was cheap as the are end of life. After I bought them they still had one remaining set left, I checked back later and they had been removed

Parcel landed today :D opened the parcel up and no HE-400 headphones :( but instead I brand new boxed set of HE-400i's :D

So I now own:

AKG 702 65th Aniversary Editions.
AKG 712 Pro's
Audeze LCD-2F's
Beyerdynamic MX300's

And Hifiman HE400i's:D

Awesome. The 400i are great phones!

Just been offered a BottleHead Crack with Speedball for a good price! Done deal! Will get it sometime next week. Been speaking to a couple of guys over at headfi whos opinion I trust and they seem to take the HD650 up and beyond a lot of flagships which is interesting. Can't wait to try that legendary paring.

I'm so excited to hear it! It never really believe in the who headphone scaling thing but with the HD650, it just sounds better and better with higher equipment.

They seem so hard to get here in the UK. The chap is building it and should be ready next week! It's nice to see you still have your Annie's! Adore that headphone.

To be honest the Annie's have been sat in there box for months, lucky if they have had 10 hours of use. Keep us informed how you get on with the crack and 650's. :)

Sennheiser PC360's for the last 3 years or so.

I keep looking to see if there's anything which would be an upgrade to it but there doesn't appear to be these days (mic and sound cancellation is important to me).
Wouldn't mind moving to a wireless set if they are as comfy and the sound/mic is as good.

Unfortunately a lot of the reviews I read are very subjective and can often differ drastically. So I stay put :)

Currently own:

AKG Q701 - Not used so just spare.
AKG K7XX - Main headphones used with a Aune T1 Mk2.
Sennheiser momentum over ear - Out of the house headphones.

Tried a pair of HD700's on today just to see how they felt and I was surprised how well made they feel compared to my mates HD650's. Really liked them and think they may be on my xmas list.
