What meat are you having for Christmas dinner this year?

Fillet steak here this year for a change - with a nice bottle of red, should go down a treat and leave plenty of room for some snacks.
 
I've got Chicken Korma with beer for my dinner today - my OH is working so it'll just be me: the cat and the PS3 :cool:

We'll make up for it with a proper dinner tomorrow though :D
 
Well we very nearly didn't have turkey today ... my parents, sister and gran have all gone to church and 10mins after they left I get a frantic call asking if the turkey was in the oven as mum couldn't remember if she'd put it in.

She hadn't.

It's in now though ...
 
Turkey.
We don't usually just have turkey, but there's only 4 of us this year.

Turkey isn't great for a meal, but sandwich next day it's amazing, so I don't turn my nose up at it.
