What meat are you having for Christmas dinner this year?

Had four bird roast last year, was lovely.

This year I think there will be Beef, turkey, Lamb and probably more :p

(I'm having 2 Xmas dinners)

Turkey, followed by turkey for the next few days! We get some exceptionally good turkeys as a Christmas present from our MD every year so it'a compulsory!

This little bird... (although it's been in the oven for about 10 hours now!)

Turkey, Chicken and Beef.

I can't wait and will definitely have plenty left over for sandwiches etc tomorrow. :D

Turkey, coated with bacon on the outside, covered in a tomato/beer favouring, with garlic, paprica and onion.
Side order of smoked ham, stuffing, roasties, potatoes, chips and of course veg and plenty of gravy.

I'm not at home this year so the above is slightly different from how my mum would prepare the turkey, but xmas
Isn't the same without turkey, ham and stuffing.

Last nite I had dried cod, Portuguese xmas eve tradition. Was delicious so I have high hopes for todays feast.
