What PC games are you playing?

It's weird because I bought Satisfactory first and didn't enjoy it as much as Factorio. Maybe I didn't invest enough time into it
I never modded satisfactory but what it needed was the ability in late game to efficiently get around the 3D environment, like the electric legs in factorio which have no running costs, and better indicators and production statistics.

Stranded: Alien Dawn
Essentially The Sims stranded on a planet with some This War of Mine vibes.
Craft, salvage, mine, research, build, cook, farm, explore and hunt your way to safety.
Varying seasons affect your surroundings, the wildlife may attack you, your people (you control 4 (ish) of them) can get afflictions such as asthma or have mood swings.
For an early access title, it's looking really good so far to they point that anything else they add will just be a bonus.

Is it a resource manager type game ? Do you have them doing survival type things

Yes, both.
There is a way to control what each survivor does but there is a task list which makes things easier so you can allocate the most intelligent person to do the research.
Keep them safe and happy and work through the research tree until you can call for help. You then eventually get an escape pod come down but you can only choose 1 survivor at a time to be rescued.

I recently got back into Rome Total War 2 but with the Radious Mod installed. Its hard going as Iceni but ive now managed to take over the whole of Britannia which only took around 15 hours :D. The multiple enemy stacks in this mod are off the scale and if you put just one foot wrong you lose hours of gameplay due to the AI waiting to pounce.

Ive not even seen the Romans yet although its still only 245bc so thats historically correct at least.
