What PC games are you playing?

Playstation Doom - Final Chapter.

About a dozen or so levels, I think, with a mix of map variety and ammo availability.

Rather enjoying it so far. Anything PSX Doom orientated always gets my attention.

You don't get to level your characters, but your experience is stored so if you do buy the expansion it then gets applied ... from what I noticed when I briefly logged in last night anyway.
Yeah cheers. Subbed for a month and got Dragon expansion after enjoying it, trying it again. Tried a Class i not played before a Mage to lvl65 Arcane Mage, lots to learn finding very static on movement in Dungeons.
New continent looks good. Crafting different i need to get my head round than what it was. I'll see how it foes for a month.

Finally getting round to play SW Fallen Order. Very impressive if you like this kinda game. Mechanics and puzzles really well thought out. Cant believe i had it so long and didnt even load it up :D

still playing minecraft dungeons with my youngun (and just introduced him to fortnite).

on my steamdeck found a cool little overhead shooter jyudge i think it is called which is surprisingly addictive.

with mates last week we wrapped up legend of vanhelsing #1 need a break from the jankiness so next up i think we are going onto divinity original sin tonight. (if more of us online we have borderlands 2 (again!!!!!) as well as deep rock galactic.)

I've started Ghost Recon Wildlands. Good fun for a bit of escapism. Chased a sicario down last night, jumped out to interrogate him and about 4 cars of bad guys rocked up plus a couple of footsoldiers from a nearby town. Massive gunfight in and amongst vehicles. It was like that scene from the Sicario film!

make sure you check your game account. you can buy ... I can't remember if it is cards or chests which can give you useful unlocks you can use again and again. P2W I guess but the point is you get a few for free as you play the game.

it's also worth exploring the areas you are in as you can find weapons, weapon parts as well as level up your character which makes a huge difference. if you play multiplayer with friends you can completely ignore the NPC upgrade tree and focus on the other stuff.... if you play alone however you will need to improve those as well. there are enough points in the game to fully max out everything.

After completing a few titles on my last posted playlist, I'm now down to a playlist consisting of :

Snowrunner
Returnal
Tiny Tinas Wonderlands

Thinking of doing one last playthrough of Anno 1800 before putting it to bed for the last time before Dead Island 2 releases next month.

Playing as a lonesome dove at the moment. I'm clearing out map sections, so finding all of the question marks, intel etc. It's a cool game when you find some random sicarios and manage to take them all out without anyone knowing you're there. Really good game.

yeah it is good. I wont give spoilers but 1 thing i will say. I reccomend you do not attack the head honcho of the game before you are done with it.

we did without realising it..... and it essentially completes the game, after we had done it there were still a bunch of henchmen left for us to kill and areas to clear. we still did it but at that point it did not make sense as the missions and voice overs no longer worked properly (talking about the boss who we had already taken out etc, it properly broke the 4th wall)..

Last night i went back to Quantum Break. I am now just over half way through it. its a pretty by the numbers 3rd person cover based shooter but visually its nice, i quite like the hybrid TV show / videogame idea. i would not want it all the time that is for sure but its good to see different ideas attempted. i wrapped up last night at the start of act 3 out of 5.

decent cast in it as well, including the recently departed lance Reddick :( (but also Shawn Ashmore, Aiden Gillen and Courtney Hope) - I admit i had to google the latter one as not seen her on TV.

worth picking up if you like that kind of game..... a solid 7/10 imo

Company of Heroes 3 but its a bit of a mess at the moment. Might have to wait for a few more patches to see if things sort themselves out.
