What PC games are you playing?

Think I'll be putting FFVII Remake down. I really don't like the combat at all. I realise it's not an action game but constantly needing to switch between characters is a little jarring for me. Just too much to look at and remember. It's a shame.

You don't need to constantly switch as I recall. Just sometimes. But yeah, wish they had just stuck to turn based and improved on that. Would have been awesome.

Jumped back into Destiny 2 (something I've played on and off since the beginning). Saw Lightfall for £20 so thought I'd give it a go. Not the best expansion but I still love the gunplay/special abilities.

Interestingly, I use Steam family sharing with my son and even though he only has the base game and expansions up to Shadowkeep, he gets access to all the expansions as well so we've been hammering through from Beyond Light onwards and having a good laugh.

It must be a nightmare for a new player nowadays though. It explains very little about all the different systems in play and could be quite overwhelming.

Just the 4 games on my current rotation

Snowrunner
Senua Saga
Everspace 2
Anno 1800

Good few titles coming out in the next 2 months to add to my rotation though. Above Snakes, Outlast Trials, Redfall, System Shock, Age of Wonders 4 all to come before Diablo 4

I've played quite a bit of Snowrunner, but not for a while.

The dead world is disappointing, to say the least.

I'm currently playing through half life 1 with the ray tracing mod and wow what a difference. I'm also working my way through red dead redemption 2 and mafia 3. Currently getting my rts fix from company of heroes 1.

Battlefield 2042

any other game i just cant be bothered with right now, i load the last of us and 10 mins latter turn it off
Kinda been going through the same thing recently. Have hundreds of games, sit here half my day off thinking what to play, launch the game and within 5 minutes, it's a guaranteed Alt+F4.

At 45 years old, I swear I've played it all and none of the new games excite me anymore. Just want something brain dead to grind but hey.

Guess I'll just watch YouTube until D4 launches.

Lately I have completed The Last of Us part 1 on PC and then Part 2 on PS4, had a blast, really solid story and really enjoyed the games, especially Part 2 as I have never seen anything like that done before when it comes to telling a story.
Now I am replaying Halo Infinite and also playing A Plague Tale - Requiem.

Do you rep for Microsoft or something? You're kinda making me considering game pass just for Plague Tale and Halo.

Cleared out and finished most of the games on my latest rotation, so now I'm playing Age of Wonders 4. The big update for V-Rising comes out in a couple of weeks so I will reinstall that and give that a go and theres the upcoming Diablo 4 weekend to do too. Outlast Trials in the middle of the month and System Shock at the end of the month, all of that should tide me over until the release of Diablo 4 on the 2nd June

Well, I was really looking forward to The Last of Us, the new Jedi game and Redfall, but it seems they're all in a bit of a state at the moment (and in the case of Redfall maybe permanently :().

So, I guess I'll keep basically bodding around in Fallout 76 until something else good actually gets patched to a decent state. This game is far from perfect, but it's quite nice being able to wander the Fallout universe again, even if I have finished all the main questlines. Just doing daily ops, daily quests, events, getting rubbish rolls on legendaries, wandering around with other players from time to time. The community is amazingly nice and chill for a MP game. Not that often outside this game I think "that was a very nice interaction with my fellow players," and it's a plesant change.
