What RAM are you getting/bought for Ryzen

Great thanks...3 hours in and no reboots and now overclocked cpu to 3.6ghz so keeping fingers crossed.
I run the AIda for an hour, preferred to test it in games, if the voltage or overclock is unstable you would get bsod after few minutes. I found out the hard way playing comp in OW and loosing hundred of points.

I doubt it, i have Corsair LPX and they barely fit under that cooler. They might fit when you unscrew the radiator.

Just to let people know that the 8 Pack RAM does indeed fit under the Dark Rock Pro 3 on my ROG Strix B350-f board (no need to remove the fins). Just had to raise the front fan a little and that was it. Now to play around with OC'ing my 1700X :)

@8 Pack have you had any chance to see how the Teamgroup Nighthawk RGB overclocks? Managed to get the 3200 running stable at the XMP profile with a nudge on the voltage to 1.4. Happy with the stable system and don't really want to change anything if there is no hope. Thanks!

Well I am 2000% stable at 3200mhz with 16-16-16-36-55-2T timings
I know they are loose but couldn't get 3333mhz stable at the above timings, so now going to work on getting them tighter and sticking with 3200mhz

Hey guys is

G.SKILL F4-2400C15D-16GFXR 16 GB (8 GB x 2) Flare X Series DDR4 2400 MHz PC4-19200 CL15 Dual Channel Memory Kit - Red

that compatible with asus b350f gaming thank you all

I went on g skill website and asus b350f is not on the QVL

Out of those 3, I'd say the 3200 MHz stuff. Ryzen is finicky with RAM to get the best out of; but due to its relation with the Infinity Fabric you want to get as higher speed and low latency as possible.

I'd normally recommend the 8pack stuff as it's all low latency Samsung B-Die which tends to work best with Ryzen's IMC, but that starts at 16GB I believe and is a lot more expensive because of that.
