Actually it did catch on, but in mobile devices not PC.I was a fan of the Kyro card. The logic of only drawing what the user can see made sense. As we know, it didn't catch on.

YesDo I want this load of.... Stuff. looks like a P4 desktop (horizontal white and black) and the tower could be a little older based on lack of USB ports...

Safe to say that a quick journey into the loft this morning was worth it!

Totally forgot I had the depths of doom box set that I was given a few years back, now worth a fair old whack which is cool
The pile of xplosiv games include panzer dragoon, battle chess, sega touring car, virtua cop and Matt Hoffman's bmx. And in the little case logic box is:
Incoming
Destruction derby 2
G police
F1 97
Rollercoaster Tycoon
Rollcage
GTA London
Flight sim 98
Theme park
Unreal
FA/18 Korea
Woohoo
The box itself has some real great stuff in it, big box Amiga and Pc wise and a few speccy bits too

Know there is more somewhere as haven't found big box European carmageddon and quake 1 yet.....
Plugged the 478 rig in to see it would POST.
All old parts, never used together, some of them bought untested, couple of bits I've had in a box for years...
Wasn't even sure if the CPU was compatible with the board, or if I'd wired the front panel connectors up properly, or anything.
POSTed first time with a single beep, screen lit up, everything seems to be detected, I even connected the front panel up the right way. That went far better than I could have hoped!
It's always a damn fine feeling when that happens!
