That’s 12g of filament, and a 1KG spool is £24. So that’s a 29p I/O shield.Do these cost much to make?
That looks decent!
Obviously the electricity wasn’t free, but I cba working that bit out!

It looks a far better solution to buying the solid ones and drilling out the cuts you need! That’s 12g of filament, and a 1KG spool is £24. So that’s a 29p I/O shield.

I wonder if he’ll take £0 for me to go get it.Guy wants £5 rather than £6 for that Time computer now![]()

In other news i have a Chieftec Dragon full system with what looks like an A7N8X DELUXE installed, after speaking with the guy he is throwing in another A7N8X DELUXE memory and cpu, no idea why he has them but happy to take them.
May have paid over the odds at £100 delivered, but even cases with the door missing seem to go for reasonable money, figure a full system, which looks tidy inside and spare parts is reasonable.

No idea on the video card.
The boards are worth £40-50 on their own, CPU could be anything from £5 (an old tbird or palomino) to £40 for a 3200+ Barton. Essentially you’ve got the case for free.
I’m going with Radeon 9200SE for the card as it’s low profile and I think passive. Doesn’t look like a Geforce MX that I recognise.

Not seen one is ages.
Very clean build mate!
How did you get the sata to work?
XP and Fdisk couldnt find the drive that I used even tho the sata controller was finding it.
Still thinking this might be massively overkill, I had a quick look on the bay to see what kind of prices AGP GeForce 7900GS are up for... my god, perhaps I should flip this on!Gainward Geforce 7 7900GS 512MB (might be overkill here, but I've got nowhere else to use it!)
