Before being made redundant in October I would go to bed between 10 and 11 depending on how tired I am but then I'm on my phone for a bit doing daily stuff. I put my head down for sleep no later then 1130 to wake up at 0630.
At the moment I can be up as late 0200 like yesterday but I'll get up around 0800. As soon as I post this I'll be having a check in the monitor section and MM then I'm off to bed and will probably lay to sleep around 1200.
I normally go to bed between 23:30 - 00:00, go to sleep about 30-40 minutes later, sometimes get woken up about 2:30, go back to sleep 20 minutes later and then sleep until 5:30/6:00.
Weekend sleep in stay up, usually up till at least 1am Friday & Saturday - Friday late is a killer given the 3am start but hey, it’s Friday but Sunday is usually no later than 10pm due to said early start on Monday.
Weekdays i am in bed by 10:30 and fast asleep by 10:31, my ability to fall asleep supper quick annoys the crap out of my good lady! lol... I am up at 06:30 every morning.
Just before 11pm to hopefully be asleep for that time. Wake at 7am.
8 hours of sleep is mandatory for good health, it's the bedrock of every other aspect of health. Reading this book has put the fear of God into me. Highly recommended.
Depends. I don't necessarly feel tired naturally so I am often up until about 2am when i realise the time and force myself to sleep to be up for 8am. Though some nights my partner makes me go to bed at 11-12
