What time do you turn up for work?

5 minutes before, standard, certain folks will understand!

working hours, usual week
Mon - 10 to 5
Tue - 8 to 5
Wed - 8 to 12ish
Thu - 8 to 5
Fri - 8 to 12ish

**Disclaimer - stated finishing time may not reflect actual finishing time...

I make myself scarce when and where possible!

Times may and usually do change frequently.

Up at 5:45, out by 6:15, in office around 7:30. Leave around 4:30 and home around 6ish if no accidents. Fun times!

before ill health when i worked my start time was 8 but quite often id be there at 6.30 due to imsomnia or preferring to travel with out loads of school kids

Typically walk to work for a 10am start and finish around 6pm. I end up working late in the evening if there is a tricky project going on.

I work from home when it's quiet and/or there are no client meetings on the books.

These days 5 mins before opening, I don't leave myself much wiggle room but it's a 7 min walk. Used to be much earlier but eh.

Monday to Friday 9 - 5. Usually in the office by 8:30 at the earliest 8:45 at the latest. Sometimes takes forever to log into half a million systems.

Work hours are 8.00 to 4.30 Monday to Thursday, finish at 4.00 on a Friday. Always try to get there for 8.00, but as we travel all over the country traffic often dictates what time you arrive at work. Depending on where I'm working at I can be leaving the house some mornings at 6.00, others as late as 7.50.

Official start time is at 9 but I'm usually in any time between 8:45 and 9:15. My public transport route can be a bit unpredictable time-wise especially when it's raining.

My Boss works in Singapore so doesn't start until midday my time abd I know he's often in late so I tend not to fret too much about time keeping.

Don't have set working hours. I'm really not a morning person so rock up any time between 9 and 10 unless I need to be in for the half 7 morning video conference then I'll turn up for 7 but this only really occurs once a month.

My company operate a flexible working hours. So my arrival time is generally based on how excited I am with regards to my current projects.

The main issue is that they have been letting me do what I want since 2013, so I tend to work too dam much.

You're supposed to hold the poop in, get to your desk so you're logged in bang on time, then lock the screen and go for a 20 minute dump. And grab a mug of tea on the way back to your desk for a good 30 minute break.

Working in public sector are we? :p

Between 9 and 10. So long as I get my work done and don't leave ridiculously early or turn up ridiculously late, nobody really cares.

i used to turn up half hour before. have a cig , a coffee , wake up

then i guess i totally stopped caring. i turn up with a minute to spare and when on earlies start work still half asleep. which i guess is pretty dangerous sometimes

It differs from day to day and depends where I am. If I am working form my office in 'That London' and commuting down I will aim to arrive around 8:30 to 9ish, but will be online on the train from around 7. If I am staying in town I will probably get to my desk around 7:00-7:30. If I am working from home I will probably get to my desk around the same time. I am lucky as I have no pressure to be anywhere at anytime unless I've committed to meet people at X time at X place, so it's only fair to be their rather than letting them twiddling their thumbs wondering where the bloke who called the meeting is :D

Between 7:15-7:45.
Depends how much photocopying I have to do, how long I snooze and whether I need to change the baby.
