What TV shows are you currently watching

Just finished Jury Duty, absolutely loved it. So very funny, so many ways it could have gone wrong or felt like a cruel trick but they absolutely nailed it.
Just finished this in a binge session this weekend. I watched it due to the creators being writers from the Office USA.

Great one off series. 8.5/10. I would happily watch the whole thing again in the future.

Even though the whole concept is explained in the title cards, I've never seen a show like this so it really captured my attention.

rp2000

Watching "bodies" on Netflix. Whatever trailier I saw of it looked good. It's an early 2000s 3 season drama series based in a gynie/pregnacy ward. Pretty graphic, and quite saucy in places, but it's the inter-character stuff caught me. I'm half way thru the 2nd series and I only caught by chance the credits and see that it's a Jed Mercurio series, he who did Line of Duty etc, and that explains why it's pretty good. Not sure where it was originally aired, but given the date musta been on terrestrial somewhere.

Currently watching The Good Place.

It's...... mildly entertaining saying that I fall asleep sometimes.

The girl in it is quite fit.

The Mrs is enjoying it a bit more than I am. It's one of those American "goofy" comedy things.

The Good Place is awesome! Like you say, something you can both watch together. Also as the series goes on, there's twists, turns and a GOOD (not woke) message in the show.

It's also lol funny and as you say, Kristen Bell is fit.

Just finished A Friend of the Family, very disturbing but very well acted. We are lucky we live in the era we do.

Just started on Kin series 2, its starting to find its feet a bit more although I'm not entirely sold on the acting/accents but enjoying it.

We only started watching Taskmaster when it came to C4, now watching the older ones on Netflix.

Ah you’re in for a treat. The season with Daisy May Cooper and the watermelon… oh man I was in tears laughing.

The most recent season was excellent too. Who knew Frankie Boyle and Ivo Graham was the comedy double act we all needed?

Power of Parker - 7/10

Daft comedy carried by a great cast. It was supposed to be set in 1990, so not sure why the (Great) soundtrack was pretty much all early eighties.

Paranormal: The Girl, the Ghost and the Gravestone - BBC iPlayer

I think I developed a crush on the journo/reporter/presenter.

Pretty funny watching the dad prank his family.

Been watching Scam City (Documentary on YouTube) by Conor Woodman where he sort of investigates the most common tourist scams in various cities around the world. He also sits down with the scammers themselves to get a peak into their tactics and motivations. Pretty good documentary for the most part!
