Started watching The Boys (2019) and can see myself getting into it.
I think The Boys is fantastic and very different slant on the slew of super hero stuff. Karl Urban and Antony Starr are phenomenal.

Yeah, getting very "dark" vibes from it and the amount of gore but in a tasteful way :I think The Boys is fantastic and very different slant on the slew of super hero stuff. Karl Urban and Antony Starr are phenomenal.
Just don't think about the writing too hard in the second season, it's abysmal in parts.Yeah, getting very "dark" vibes from it and the amount of gore but in a tasteful way :
I don't think any of us who praised the series have ever championed Ray, as you say, he isn't a very nice person at all.Mr Inbetween finished. Very good, but again, Ray is not a nice person and deserves everything he gets.
Some proper lol moments though, the vajankle and the high school reunion fight was hilarious. Some sad family moments too.
Burning through Mr Inbetween, just watched Ep1 of S2.
Not sure why it is scoring so highly here
So you're joining those who say it's very good nowMr Inbetween finished. Very good
I will never not love the whole Becca chicken scene with Officer Meow Meow Fuzzyface.Rewatching BoJack Horseman. Whip smart humour and quite a lot of depth. Wonderful word play as well.

I haven't been watching this but did get a chuckle when I switched over for the 10 o'clock news last night and there was a thing about the BBC Action Line on screen over the credits.Really enjoying The Woman in the Wall on BBC, Ruth Wilson is brilliant.
This morning I got a notification saying it had been cancelled, which I guess would explain it. Cut short, not to the original plan. Maybe we would have got all these future seasons. Quite a surprise as it's rated 8.2 on IMDb, which is really very high.I think I just watched the last episode of Winning Time: The Rise of the Lakers Dynasty. Really enjoyed it, but not quite sure I understand why they stopped where they did. It felt like 'Let me take you through a bunch of seasons... then, here's an explanation of what happened in the coming seasons'. Was a little odd.
The show has such a nice vibe, I wish there were more in the same vein (vibe-wise, not necessarily genre-wise).just finished only murders in the building season 2 good show and looking forward to season 3 being complete so we can binge it.
Archer final season is back. First episode was great but they've introduced a new character who is AF
