What TV shows are you currently watching

I tried to binge watch Star Trek Discovery. Good grief, what an awful series.

The lead actress is terrible. Horribly over-dramatic. Why does she whisper all the time?

And the stories are way too emotional. The ship is on fire, the crew are evacuating, yet suddenly stop to spend ten minutes reminiscing and crying about the loss (that's not an actual spoiler). What the hell? They spent more time in tears that any other show I have ever seen. What is going on here? Boo Hoo Trek. Star Wail. I mean, come on. These people are totally unfit for the job. Especially the lead, Michael, who just can't be trusted to follow a single order without going rogue and ****** everything up.

Anyway, I got about half way through season three before I gave up. I couldn't stand another scene of Michaels over the top acting. She was about to burst in to tears again when I switched off - permanently. Honestly, I think I did really well lasting as long as I did.

I watched it all - got worse with each season. It did start off well and i had high hopes, but nope.
 
Me and the wife are trying to finish off Yellowstone (currently up to episode 8 of the final series).

Once that's done I need to watch Silo, Dune, Squid Game, Cobra Kai, the Penguin to name just a few!

I loved The Rookie but at some point the whole premise of the show disappears.....as he's not a rookie!

I couldn't bring myself to watch the spin-off FBI show because her character was just too annoying!

Yea, thought imdb had said there were 10 episodes. Wish I'd known it wasn't all out before binging the start last week! :p Going to have to watch the last couple weekly now.

Great series, we're enjoying S2 just as much

Annoyingly I did the same with SW: Skeleton Crew :p

Oh, yes, those are fun.

It's incredible the way people want to trust each other. Even on a show like this, they are devastated when they find out they can't. Er, duh!?!

I would also recommend the Australian version. They redefine brutal.

The latest Canadian was good too.
