I've only watched episode 1 but I was surprised how good it was. Some great visuals in it.I just finished Clarkson's Farm and have to say, it's actually a really good watch. I see S2 is filming now too.
Currently watching Danish crime drama 'Forbrydelsen' (The Killing) on iplayer.
The original one is absolutely stunning in comparison to the American one. That 2007 series was later made into a 4 season US version called "The Killing" (2011) - we watched and enjoyed those. Not see the original tho, will need to take a look at that one.

So much better in every single way.
It's brilliant!! Hope you enjoy it.

I started with the American The Killing and then discovered they were showing the subtitled version.I find it hard to watch remakes if the original is good. Also they tend to make far worse versions 9 times out of 10. The US version does get good reviews though, so I might check it out at some point.
Miracle Workers (Sky)
Blitzed all 3 seasons this week (20min episodes, 10 episodes each) and really enjoyed it. Comedy with some dark elements. The cast stays the same but each season is a new story/setting.
Season 1 - God. Steve Buscemi as God and Daniel Radcliffe is an angel working in the Prayers dept. God is fed up with Earth and decides to destroy it. Daniel wants to save Earth.
Season 2 - Dark Ages. Steve is a dad this time, quite happy in his work, his daughter is a genius and wants a better life but is generally ignored, Daniel is a prince and son of Peter Serafinowicz (King and evil warlord).
Season 3 - Oregon Trail. Steve is an outlaw, Daniel is a reverend. They head west. Episode 4 certainly shows a different side of Harry Potter.
Really hoping there is a season 4, I think its improved with each season.
I just find his teeth so off putting.Just started watching the new BrianCoxorama, 'universe'. As with most Brian Cox programs it's pretty disappointing what a cursory view he gives of the subject matter, with the focus of the show being on looking pretty and watching Brian walk around a rainforest in slow motion etc rather than explaining things properly. Still, Tbf, the visuals are generally nice.
I think this one takes the BrianCoxification of things a bit further than previous documentaries though, with more 'poetic' bumf in the script talking about how stars are gods and we don't need any made-up gods as a result (that bit did actually surprise me how bluntly he said it), and music and art give the universe meaning etc.
I'm pretty sure there were some misleading statements / factual errors in episode 1 too.
Part way through episode 2 now, will probably watch the rest as casual viewing when I can't be bothered concentrating too hard on anything.
