What Virtual Reality games are you playing?

Bought a slew of games for both PCVR (waiting on CPU arriving though) and Quest.

Mainly playing Eleven Table Tennis and for the first time last night Walkabout Golf, which is tremendous!

After eating and drinking too much over Christmas, I finally booted my Quest 1 up for the first time in a long time today.

At first it would not let me update the system software or let me on the Oculus store. I decided rather than scratching my head for hours I would just do a factory reset. That sorted out the issue and within half an hour I had an updated Quest with all my apps downloaded to it.

I tried out Box VR which is now Fit VR and the update looks good and I was soon sweating after 45 mins boxing and dancing. Next I loaded synth riders which played great and I really enjoyed. I also tried racquet nx which is good but I need a bigger space for this one it seems nice though.

I need to hire a room to play thrill of the fight, I might see if I can find a cheap squash court to book.

I bought the Oculus Quest mini-golf game, and it's great, but I'm trying to get my wife to play it so we can play together.

I've been using the Amazon Prime app to re-watch The Expanse on a huge cinema screen, and I'm finding it hard to resist watching it all in one go. I'd forgotten how good it was.

pistol whip :D

is there a game (or maybe in pistol whip) that you don't have to play to the beat of the music ?
i thought this game was original "shoot to kill" as i was trigger happy, having a lot of fun :D

now i try and shoot as soon as they stop

Space Pirate Trainer is probably the closest, or Robo Recall.

Star Wars Squadrons on a Rift S with a HOTAS is pretty damn good, picked it up in the Steam sale.

Need to get a better mapping for the controller though as it was all over the place to start with and tweaked a few bits to get it going.

Yep, picked up SW Squadrons on Epic Store, had the £10.00 voucher so got a good deal off there, unfortunately my xbox flight stick is not being recognised by the game so ended up using standard controller, still a good experience, really amazing when you're in the cockpit and look at the little imperfections in the glass or look around in space to track your target.

Got the Rift S set up for the first time in like 3-4 months. Almost sold it at one point but decided to keep it.

Downloaded Dreadhalls on steam sale and that's pretty creepy if a little dated!

Also bought The Room VR so hopefully these will keep me going with the set for a little bit.

Tried Pavlov for the first time too briefly, and that seems like a good one

I picked up Pop One and got to say it's pretty fun, there are a few cons (not being able to solo) and had some mic issues with Virtual Desktop which meant I could not talk to my team mates for the round which was pants, however managed to fix this by ticking mic passthrough on the VD settings. Biggest issue is getting my VR legs back as felt quite nauseous at the end of a couple of games and the turning using thumb sticks vs physical turning will take a bit of getting used to.

Couldn't think where else to put this, as it's relevant to all headsets.

Nibre, the developer of Mother VR, the VR mod for Alien: Isolation, posted an update to his GitHub last week. His mod now works with the Epic Store version of the game, which was given away for free over Christmas.

In other news, he confirmed he's hard at work on ReclaimerVR; an attempt to port the whole of the Halo: Master Chief Collection over to VR. There was an early video of the project ages ago, but this is the first news since then.

Sounds good, Halo would be great in VR.
