What was your first Smartphone?

Mine was an HTC Wildfire. Objectively terrible phone that I used for two years at University. 384MB of RAM and 512MB of storage. 320*240 resolution. 500MHz or something CPU.

I then upgraded to an HTC One S which was was so much better, I loved that thing.

My first proper smartphone (As in all touch screen, no number keys, Android based) was a Dell Streak. Probably the largest phone at the time. People used to say it was too large, yet modern day phones dwarf that Dell. Some people even asked me at the time if it was an iPad. :p

First smartphone was an iPhone 3gs and first android phone was a HTC Sensation XE, still have them both somewhere, would make good paperweights!

I guess, with the number of people posting what I would consider just 'mobile phones', do others consider them 'smart phones'. I don't know that there's a set definition for what makes a phone smart, but it seems to be around having an OS and computer functionality, so would that include Symbian and a calculator app? After all, my first mobile was just a digital display and could call people... nothing else.
