What watch do you wear?

Really feel like I'm banging my head against the wall searching for this, so can anyone recommend a mid grey, preferably suede but other materials are fine as long as not glossy, 19mm strap? Quick release would also be ideal.

Any suggestions on where to try?
I've only ever used vintage specialists so aren't familiar with more modern watches needing work.

Do be aware though that the work on your watch could very well far exceed its monetary value.

A quick Google suggests Ross Watch Repairs for Festina. No experience with them mind but perhaps they can help or recommend someone who can.

That's a pretty specific strap to seek recommendations on! I just had a quick search on eBay and found quite a few so I'm imagining you have more specific requirements not fulfilled by those? Are you looking high end?

In all honesty I haven't looked on eBay, Amazon or similar. I've been mainly looking at the usual places like strap tailor, watch gecko, watch obsession etc.

I'm looking to switch up my Oris BC Cervo Volante blue dial, so if you have any other suggestions I'm open to ideas.

Edit: grabbed photo from a previous page

That's a lovely face - be a very nice summer wear.

What are peoples thoughts on buying from Watchfinder?
I would love an Omega Seamaster and they have a couple at present that are 12-18 months old and quite a lot off retail.
Both 'excellent' condition.

I would --- they have an outlet at Bicester village which isn't too far from you.

How good is the outlet there? I've not been to Bicester since it opened, but I'm well overdue a watch purchase and Bicester isn't too far from me.
I don't think the prices are "much" cheaper (I haven't done any analysis), but they have reasonable stock and it is a nice place to sit in. Often AMEX do a Bicester village cashback offer too which could save you a few hundred quid.

Edit: there is also a Tag shop there.

I've promised my wive a handbag so I might be able to convince her on a little trip down...!

classic chris, very nice. Did you get it new? If so how was the process? Need to get me one this summer ideally and don’t really want to pay an inflated second hand price.

Thank you! Got it grey from Chrono24, it’s a Jan 2024 and unworn. Spoke to the seller directly and had a number of calls, checked their company out on companies house, socials, reviews etc.
