I don't think it has a hacking movement :/ It keeps ticking when the thingy is pulled out.

Yeah my Orange Seiko 5 does that!! I used to be OCD about it being to the second 100% accurate!, but I'm happy with anything up to 30 seconds!!

Also a 'Winding a watch 101' would be very helpful from one of you guys
No hacking on this. It is windable though, it's surprising how many affordables aren't hand windable.
Last night I removed the brown Hirsch on my Nighthawk and have placed the stainless steel bracelet that it came with, a happier combo I think.
Let us be the judge of that.
it was the same watch Raymond posted last week, upon receiving it, the strap is rubbish! Definitely need to source a new one sharpish!

The strap is fine...it's not amazing but it works as it meant to and doesn't come undone when its clicked.
I want a nicer strap but it makes no sense spending £50 on a new strap for a £62 watch....
