If you had seen the size of me you would agree that i dont need any more muscle, just toning, for which i need lots of cardio and then slight resistance afterwards.

Got a foot on me but he's lighter, if he's aiming for 16st then he's not got enough muscle either

Would like to get another but with a mesh strap like the one Camelpaw has. Some one has a black one like mine but with the mesh strap which I was considering but decided on that one.

Can't get any better pictures with my rubbish camera.
To be fair the other strap looks a lot more nice than in the pictures when you've got it on I think. But I agree the strap on mine does look better.

Right, not worn a watch for years and whenever I do, I can never get used to wearing them. However, I thought I'd give them another try.
I'll start off with a cheapo one first before getting an expensive one just to see how long I wear it for.
