What watch do you wear?

Had a bit of a play with my PO this weekend, really challenging to take photos of actually! The ceramic is basically a mirror, thus the slightest difference in angle meant the lighting changed dramatically. here's a few quick edits:

What are oris watches like?
Very nice actually, I have couple of them, one diver (Date Diver) and one motorsport (Chornoris) which both get plenty of wear time.

Their divers sit quite high on the wrist can can be fairly heavy (non titanium) if you like a bulky type watch.

Watchfinder current have that particular model you posted in stock at the moment for £1,950 which means you could probably pick it up from them for £1700.

week on the wrist and still loving it, the way it catches the light still impresses me and I've gotten used to the weight now :)

well done, it's lovely! You should try the 45.5mm one for the 'weight' :-)

I know I don't wear mine when shooting for example, as it's so heavy it changes slightly how I swing the shotgun! Still lovely, and totally pristine after over a year of wear. There's some marks on the bracelet, but the face is as good looking as it ever was; that double-sided AR coating is awesome!

I did try a 45.5mm on, even on my 185m wrist it was massive :D

I tried my boss' Oris diver on yesterday, very similar design in terms of style cues to the PO though it felt so light in comparison... Can definitely see and feel where the extra £ goes.

I absolutely love it, it is a beautifully engineered watch and amazingly light compared to my Longines. The adjustable strap is genius, and it is such a comfortable watch to have on the wrist, you can barely feel it is there. The dial when turned feel and sounds like the click of an industrial maching, not in terms of loudness but just because it feels so damn substantial.

As for the look, while it seems to polarise many people, I think it is stunning, such a deep colour, and considering I wear blue a lot of the time it matches perfectly. Looking at it reminds me of three of my favourite things; snow, blue sky, and the ocean.

The lume is astonishingly nice, the way the whole thing including the dial (and excluding the 3 marker, which does not exist and) lights up is extremely easy to read in the dark.

I also like the ********* hands very much, and the writing at the bottom doesn't bother me in the slightest. The strap will, I'm sure, scratch, but this will be a watch that I will not treat with kid gloves, I am intending for it to be a regular and enjoyable wear even at work, and especially in Summer at the lake with the rubber strap.

All-told, including the VAT refund, I will have got the watch for around 2300 which is a stunning bargain and will essentially pay for the first full service. Very, very happy with it and I highly recommend Watches Of Switzerland to buy from s their customer service was faultless... and they have very good taste in female staff. :)

Hey guys need a bit of advice. So Ive had a smart watch for awhile now (Pebble time steel) and what thats taught me is that I love watches, don't care for most of the smart features. So looking for a real watch now, I'm not super sold on the dive watch design, instead want something a bit simple and clean without to much moving, I know I want an actually movement and not a quartz watch.

I found this and I like the design, think it looks solid. Thoughts and suggestions would be welcome, and if you guys have any recommendations of a similar styled watch that would be great.
