people can **** me off and call me juvenile, grow up etc but i WOULD seek revenge

if you have no previous criminal record then give the guy a severe beating, you'll miss out going to jail and if your clever you wont even get caught

im sorry but theres no way i would let a scum bag like this get away with it

All these people saying she must have cheated etc etc, why would you leave it 9 nine months. Sit down and think about it!
If you suffered something like that would you want to shout it from the roof tops? In saying she cheated, she avoided too many questions. Now she's told the truth she's had to re-live it all with every question asked!
And in reply to why would she get in the car with him etc, you don't know if he was threatening her or what he was saying. She would have been scared and wanting to find out why he had behaved like this towards her!

As I (and many others) have already said you both need help, either way if she is telling the truth or lying (lets face it if she made that up she has serious issues).

As for the guy nothing you could do to him would bring the justice needed, and it wouldn't help anyone for you to end up in prison or worse!
Delete his number, have his number blocked, never contact him again. Hearing his voice will remind you of everything that has happened and bring you more pain!

Dude, you dont know whether or not it was consentual or not. The only people who know the full facts at this stage, are the 2 people who were involved.

What if the woman is making the rape allegation up and the guy is innocent? You would beat up an innocent man, while the real trouble maker gets off free? To make a judgement, you have to know all the facts and mustnt act until then. In any case, even if he does give him a beating, it wont change what has already happened and could well land the OP in jail, which certainly wont improve the situation.
