I don't do butter or margarine or any such spread. Ugh.

Crunchy peanut butter and marmite sandwich.

Sardines in tomato sauce with hot pepper sauce mashed in and toasted.

Marmalade, especially if accompanying kippers for tea.

Scrambled eggs.

All pate varieties.

Lately, its been homemade Garlic Butter on top of Jasons Sourdough bread. Absolute heaven.

Hasn't half made me put on weight though!

Normally peanut butter but if I'm craving something sweet then Nutella, and then try and resist the urge to eat it with a spoon out the jar.

Marmite & mustard, don't knock it till you've tried it.
Not for breakfast time though, more of a daytime snack

Had a rummage on the marmite site, never considered it having gluten. I now know that marmite is vegan (except the 70g jar) and is kosher (only the 70g jar) :confused:

Certification is mysterious.
