Which 1080Ti

Got mine coming too hope it was worth the extra.

Not that much extra tho, and you can pay more.
I'm buying the Gigabyte card for relative silence compared to others and UK based good CS. Performance wise they are pretty much the same.

The 1070 Gaming G1 that I'll be selling is also very quiet, it is the noise which bothers me.

The extra this card costs I'll forget but the noise will live with me each day.

Very true and was one of the main reasons for me getting this one too.

Auros X was delivered 20 minutes ago, it's a beauty but was very very frustrating trying to screw the back bracket onto my Stryker, the screw kept failing to get in the hole and kept falling down under the card, took me a few attempts and plenty of swearing to get it in.

Hovering over buy on the Zotac Amp Extreme Core....Destiny 2 code and Vega being poop have tipped me over the edge for a GPU upgrade...

No major probs with this card?

What attracts you to that card over that of the Evga or Gigabyte, just curious..?

Did you watch the video on that card posted earlier in this thread...?

Will just chime in and say I recently received my Palit Super Jetstream 1080Ti so one of the cheaper options, understand the Warranty is only 2 years but in 2 years time there will be much faster cards out so it didn't bother me. It was a *replacement* for my RX Vega 64 as I thought Vega would be fine for my needs but my 1080p TV died so it was replaced with an LG OLED 65C7 which the Vega would struggle with so returned it and bought the Palit. TBH it's a very well made card, boosts to 1980MHz core in Firestrike and the fans stay off during desktop use. I understand the warranty puts people off but even with the fan on its not audible to me (although PC is about 6 feet away) so I would say to anyone going for a 1080Ti on a budget its a very good buy, I set a hard limit for myself of £700 and after watching/reading reviews this felt like the best buy for the sub £700 bracket ~ after receiving it especially at +300MHz boost over the advertised speed. Plus I like the smart minimalist design (even though I don't have a window). Highly recommended.

I'm really just basing my decision on what I can get delivered/pick up and get installed while the other half is away this weekend ;)

ATM either

Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1080 Ti Aorus
Palit GTX 1080ti (these two pretty much same price)
Asus ROG Strix GTX 1080ti (20-30 EUR more)

I quite like the Strix only for the fact that it is a nice looking card.

I found that video.....

....it is worth watching imo.

of the above the Gigabyte would merit strong consideration for me. I do tend to like gigabyte products and their CS (UK based) has been excellent for me when needed. My Gaming G1 1070 GTX is also very quiet under load.
