No it's not that at all as you can clearly see from his 2nd post above on this page, that is exactly what he intended.

The numbers changing still don't make a 5:1 ratio like he said.

The previous poll had 590 people buying a PS4 over 67 people buying an Xbox One. That is a ratio of nearly 9:1 in favour of PS4.

The current poll has 523 people buying a PS4 over 123 people buying an Xbox One. That is a ratio of a bit over 4:1.

I think it's safe to say the changes MS have made since E3 have been well received in general, otherwise the ratios would be very similar.

It's actually 240 buying an Xbox and 641 buying a PS4.
 
F-it :o

After umming and arring between which to get at launch, I'll get both. Xbox I definitely want to try the new Kinect out, and Forza 5 is a must. PS4 I already have a fairly recent PS+ subscription to roll over, so it would be a shame to miss out on the likes of Drive Club, plus no doubt there will be some awesome exclusives down the line. Multi-plats might also work out better on the PS4 too.

One can be an early Xmas present to myself :p

I may eventually get the box aswell. The PS4 was always going to be purchased. Problem is the xbox has some decent exclusives too... It would be criminal to miss out on their games.

Ps4 will be my lead console though!
 
It seems I am now going to get an XBOX One first instead of a PS4.

I am a bit annoyed because I wanted the more powerful console first, but the fact Ghosts is getting dedicated servers on the XB1 and it's the main game I will be playing online it makes sense for me.

Throw into the equation I can get Dead Rising 3 now and Forza 5 it sweetens the deal a lot, and you also get the added benefit of Fifa 14.

I will get a PS4 at some point but my mind is made up now.

I've still got both preordered, trying to work out if I can justify it to myself. It's either both at launch or PS4 once Infamous comes out!
