If they literally changed the used games bit and removed the kinnect with a adjusted price point I'd be all over it. I can deal with the once per 24 hour thing

Or if I could use the xbox controller with the PS4 it would be a definite PS4 buy

Doubt they care to be honest, well they may revise something (maybe a daily or bi-weekly check rather than hourly) it's still not going to be ideal for many out there, and definitely not enough to kill the momentum Sony carries after last night.

they may have to. but i suspect you are right. Thats one thing the eastern corporations seem to understand, they do tend to do what the consumer wants more than what they want!

im not sure how they are doing on windows 8 but i would guess not that amazing. this really seems like an own goal to me

I believe Windows 8 is at the same pace as Windows 7 was, so they'll be content I'd imagine ? let me know if I'm wrong anyone.

It's pretty much 80% Sony to at best 20% Microsoft at the moment the thing is how many of us actually influence the sales if you look long term.
 
Going by the threads I thought there would be more Xbox/both buyers especially during the fapfest of the xbox reveal. Surprised at how much this is in PS4's favour, doubt it'll be like this at release though
 
I opted for the xbone but only because of the kinect and it will be for the kids to use, as I game on PC. And more than likely I won't buy it on release but wait 6 months and see how it is then, I don't fancy all the early adopter issues.
 
Undecided. At this point it could be a PS4, an Xbox one or I might even think "fudge it" and buy a PS3 and play some of the games I've missed out on. :)
 
Reasons for me buying the One:

The odd games I do buy other than COD and FIFA include Forza which I do love. I love the idea of being able to record game footage, as a FIFA nut this is massive for me. I love the controllers. I love XBL. All my friends own 360's so I expect them to get One's too. Kinect will be used when I have friends round and will be good for my daughter.

The bad things that annoy people won't affect me, I don't buy second hand games, if my Internet is down ill do something else other than game :p

I wouldn't bet on all the people who have a 360 getting a XB1. I know lots of people who had only a 360 but are saying they are getting a PS4 instead.

Also PS4 also can record & upload videos.
 
More than likely neither due to recently purchasing a PS3 and loving it. If I was to choose though, 100% PS4.
 
PS4 only for me. I was probably only gonna get a PS4 anyway, but MS killed any desire i would have for new shiny with the xbone recently.

Thinking about it, my 360 hasn't been on in months, and even then, that was to play Fez.
 
Will buy ps4 initially then Xbox when the price comes down. That's what I did with current generation. Xbox looks a distant second from what I have seen so far.
 
I'll likely be buying both, but at the moment neither at launch. PS4 is really looking the better of the two (coming from more of a 360 player this gen, never really got on with PS4 games).

I for one really don't give a monkeys about this whole tinfoil hat DRM fears people have, as I rarely sell my games, and I never disconnect my devices from the internet, so I'm a perfect customer for MS.

MS really need to do something to ease their pain, either change their policies or to bring the price down, or just remove Kinect from the package!
