Which phisique?

I much prefer Pudzian's build, and as I said it would be my 'dream' physique, especially if I could have that strength he has with it :D

Isnt he that polish guy in worlds strongest man? I know that american guy competing with him was good too but im sure he took steriods (american guy).

Dont call him a muffin....well not to his face! hes one tough cookie *lol*

Trying for the Ryan Reynolds physique, hes hot! Particularly like the way he was cut in the Blade Trinity film...

He put on 40lbs for the role apparently.

I think it was 20lb's mate. At least it was according to the interview I read. 20lb's looks about right to me too judging from his "before" pics.

Apparently Reynolds had something like 3.5% body fat when the movie was shot, according to the special features anyway.

LOL yeah I read that too and had a good chuckle to myself. :D

Hollywood actors always make these silly claims. He was nowhere near 3.5% bodyfat. Most competing bodybuilders don't get anywhere near that low. He was about 8% in my opinion. :p

Is it just me or do Ryan Reynolds arms look a bit out of proportion in those shots?

Yeah, it's more noticable in other shots though. I think it's just that his delts are a little more developed than his triceps. It makes his arms look too thin. Unusual really, most people are the other way around having under-developed lateral deltoids.

Since changing over to splits (instead of full body) I find it a lot easier to tell how I'm working each body part, and then I can adjust later in the week if I feel I didn't hit a certain body part hard enough. I'm still at the stage I can tell easily thanks to DOMS lol.

I'm surprised celeb trainers don't sort them out if they're slacking in one area.

What do people think of Jake Gyllenhaal's build in Jarhead?

I would imagine that it would be quite difficult to do given the timeframes they usually have to work with. It could also of course be as simple as Ryan just has good genetics with regards to his shoulders but not so much in his Tri's.

Although thinking about it, it is quite possible that the trainers deliberately focused on Ryan's delts due to knowing full well that his physique would look far more impressive with larger delts given the studio lighting etc. It's all down to perspective.

Who knows? :)

dont want to see it from the front, why anyone would choose to look like that is beyond me, never mind put in the work required to do so. Nah Brad in troy or similar would do me just fine. Dont want to be too big.

Because he gets huge amounts of cash for doing so..and he enjoys it..

Not everyone has the same motivation as you.

I'll agree with that.

Very true.

This is something I've never thought about, I always used to be quite lean with a fair toned swimmers body. But over the last couple of years I have been more enclined to concentrate on weight trainning, And after a hamstring injury last year I have been concentrating purely on weights with only a couple of cardio sessions a week. Which has had a massive change cause I used to concetrate mainly on swimming.

I've always been keen to be like the slightly grotesque men such as arnie and the wrestles of yester year. But now I think that is just to much as due to the level of comitment that you need to keep that ticking over.

I suppose my perfect phisique would be a crose between mens health and as big as possible without gear, which I would like to state that I have never used.

fully agree 3.5% is total BS my mates a near olympic swimmer and he stays around 7-9 % depending on the level of trainning he is doing.
