Can't be having c for crouch either, specially on games without a toggle for crouch. How do you move sideways, forwards and crouch at the same time?

Use 3 fingers

Just set my COD2 keys so if anyone seems a player called Optimus running round in circles or jumping out of a window backwards?? It's me lol

I used to use arrow keys for everything, but found i was limited when playing FPS games online. Decided that when Half Life 2 was released i would use WASD to force myself to get used to it. By the time i had completed it i had got used to it. Using arrow keys now doesn't warrant thinking about. :)

I also only started to use the mouse and keyboard together when Unreal first came out, before that (even with say Quake, Quake 2) I was using just the arrow keys with no mouse (like with classic Doom); the mouse was only used when I needed to look up and down.

You can imagine how silly I felt when I first realised how to use them both together. :o

WASD, why would you want to use anything else  (Doh, unless you're a lefty of course :o )

Because WASD is sub-optimal for games where you need a lot of binds. Reaching keys like 0-=p[];'# etc is a nightmare using WASD, I prefer something more central like TFGH or YGHJ.

I appreciate that in modern games with voice comms etc, there isn't such a requirement for so many binds, but my QW config for example has at least 30-40 keys bound.

My Z, D & R button are half gone for some very odd reason, all the rest are like new. I guess that means i only turn right and like to reload a lot? :D :D

The G key on my keyboard is extremely faded, and actually has fingernail grooves in it (no joke). Looks almost like a fingerprint!

Rant: What are game developers think when they design games these days some games have a stupid amount of keys you practically need to be a finger gymnast to press them all!
