Who are you voting for on Thursday?

I'm gonna start a party called the 'Fix Everything Party' - who agrees with these policies?

Free, top quality healthcare for all!
Free, top quality education for all!
Free, efficient public transport for all!
No crime!
Affordable housing for all!
Well-paid, low effort work for all!
Benefits for those that need them, none for those that don't!
Create the best armed forces on the planet!
and best of all
No taxes!!

Who's with me?!

what's the catch?

Rich, while I'm fairly certain you're being sarcastic and/or ironic... How would you propose to implement such an Socialists' Utopia without taxation? Where does the money and resources come from? Just wondered. :)

EDIT: ...also, since the biggest increase in asylum seekers come from Iraq where the UK had a major involvement it could be argued we have a moral obligation to take more than our 'fair' share.

Labour and the Tories wanted that war, not the British people... so I think maybe the MPs with their mansions and multiple houses should put up the Iraqi asylum seekers, seem fair to you? ;)

this, I don't disagree with in the slightest

Because there would be no overheads, inefficiency or deductions whatsoever and people would receive 100% of their pay packets, they would contribute to charities, which because of free market competition, would provide perfect services for everyone at perfect efficiency.

:)

I was wondering what mass migration there was to britain, as has since pointed out we're well down in terms of how many people come here

Sorry if I was snappy but I thought it was fairly well known the sort of mass immigration Britain has 'enjoyed' :) There is a large range, eg. asylum seekers - some legal, most bogus. Illegal immigrants. Legal immigrants from Pakistan, India, Africa, etc. plus from within the EU - probably over a million from Eastern Europe since Poland et al joined the EU recently. And so on.

I know the media machine says that there's loads, but the rankings and figures tell a different story. They may not include those from within the EU, but they're quite irrelevant to asylum seekers, seeing as they're not

Erm, OK?... People would receive 100% of their pay, and then use that pay to provide their money to an organisation on an as-needed basis for services? Sounds an awful lot like a private health care, private education and private everything else so long as you're rich enough to afford it type system to me. Suddenly your socialist system is sounding awfully capitalist and right wing? LOL

Meanwhile, who's paying to build public roads, maintain public transport, and myriad other systems, while the masses without enough money are going without? After all individuals won't be willing (or able) to pay outright to have highways built - and if they did who would be allowed to use the (effectively private) highways?

If you're about to suggest paying into a central fund for this to be effective and possible, think about that function that exists today called 'tax' and the treasury.

Also if you're to supply welfare to those without the necessary funds, you're essentially back to a similar system to we have now anyway?

It makes me sad that I have to explain this...

He is taking the **** out of both the BNPs "policies" (i.e. promise everything popular without any real way of delivering) and the most extreme form of Libertarianism. Two birds with one stone as it were. Safe and sound in the knowledge that socialism is working so well in this country...

its nothing more than a nationailst agenda designed to appeal to the underclass of this country who believe the world owes them something whilst they do nothing...they just use the spectre of 'foreigners' taking their jobs, when the truth is they have no intention of working...there are families in this country now where the adults have not worked for 3 generations and thats got nothing to do with immigration, and everything to do with their attitude.
Oh god

Yeah thats everyone who vote BNP. White british idiots who have never worked and are "underclass" ...and you people call us racist.

Maybe you should put them up seeing as you like them so much. :p

^ he was being ironic, probably copying the sort of thing Dolph comes out with ;)

well, except its nothing like what I come out with... given how frequently you moan about your stance being misrepresented, which occurs due to your evasion, I would have hoped you'd e more aware of deliberately misrepresenting people...

BNP aswell , the other half of the family are between ukip and bnp. Dad said he was voting BNP then saw a nice smiley conservative at the door and went tory :D. Asked around at the gym today most seem to be between ukip and bnp.

I'm not being racist..I'm just casting a sweeping generalisation

wanting to forcibly remove even legitimate economic migrants because of the colour of their skin..now thats racist
