Who do I report this to?

I Invited Whoever wanted to collect the device to collect it from the location that i was at, just so happens to be my house. Some times i have people collect from my mother in-laws.

I invited them to collect from me as it was a personal repair, hence dealing with them personally. wherever i may be with the ipad is immaterial in my eyes.

I'm not "just as bad" at all. The shop couldn't come through with the service promised, so after they took the ipad back i suggested that i could take her on as a personal customer and have it fixed before her holiday. Simple. I was trying to do her a favor, this is how i have the reputation for good customer service in this field where i live... for going the extra mile.

How was i to know her dad who doesn't live with her would decide in his wisdom to throw a fit and call me a pedo for asking for the ipad to be collected from my house, whilst i was recovering from an operation (hence why not at shop for collection) before she went on the so called holiday tomorrow....

I cant see how i can be at fault at all in this situation.

I will still have personal customers drop off and collect from my personal address, just like i have done the past thousand repairs.
I do wonder what this bloke would have done if i hadn't actually gone to the shop today... come to my house? It seems to me that he had researched every detail and had a plan to simply try and get me in trouble, and get a free repair.

Im assuming you declare these personal earnings to the taxman etc

That doesn't answer my question.

You said that you told the girl she could collect the item from your house, to which her dad kicked off, in the shop, full of customers, called you a paedo and took the item without paying. So where was the item, at the shop, or at your home?

Fixed at home that morning. Then in my bag with a second repair that was due for collection at shop, i told them i was taking it with me to shop...

I had explained to her that I just had an operation yesterday and today I was repairing from home. I had to pop into the shop to do a quick lumia 820 repair. I told them I could no longer have it collected from my home and to come to the shop.

so they did....

I used to have customers drop off and collect from my home for over 6 years before I started at this shop.

I didn't know she was 15 until I was told by him.. she looks like 17 and tbh I couldn't care less, she was a customer who needed a fast repair

One step at a time, Mr Holmes. Perhaps you should discover how to read before you try to become a detective.
 
I would take this incident on the chin and carefully think how you speak & explain to customers in the future (especially young girls).
