Had a guy on CS.net PM me about Turini centre caps the other day as I've been looking for some for a while now. He ended up posting me 3 genuine ones for nothing! I do love that forum at times :)

I've obviously offered him some beer money for his generosity! :p

You're selling your 2118s?

That Arctic does look quite awesome, just not sure about white wheels with AB, looks great on RB cars though.

Just been to the Evo Triangle.

Have just realised what the car is capable of, it really is the best car I have ever driven. I can't hold it in higher praise, it just wants to be thrashed. The amount of traction for such a cheap car just amazes me.

My insurance is due very soon and after calling around a few places the cheapest quote so far has been just over £1300 this year with mods included. I was hoping it was going to be very close to £1000 this time around :(

I've tried the usual suspects such as Brentacre, Adrian Flux, Sky Insurance, Performance Direct along with all the usual search engine based ones. Sky wouldn't insure modified cars in L postcodes :p

Can anyone recommend any other places I could try phoning? So far Adrian Flux has been the cheapest with Brentacre not far behind them.

my cars in bits! C&B cams going in (think i have the only set in the uk atm) pure motorsport air con removal kit going in, reverie airbox and slimline rad fan, kw v2's being removed and checked over, new polybushes all round again.

back off to matt at tdf in a week or so to be mapped and might even be cheaky and get a dry sump as this its coming off the road soon and track only! really dont fancy oil starving it on track and spinning a shell :/

Fitted my new discs and pads all round today after work :(. Knackered now!

OEM rears, Brembo HC + carbone Lorraine RC5s on the front. First couple of brakes were making me think they need to warm up a bit, then some twonk pulls out on me and I had to slam on. Felt like I was going to go through the windscreen! Will be even better when I finally get some braided hoses.

My jubilee clip bodge on my cv boot didn't work. Kept catching so it's currently tie wrapped on :D. Need to get someone to fit one for me properly! :o.

Then washer bottle to sort, before MoT on Friday :o

Had the new wheels on for a day now and I've got to say going from the standard 16" wheels to the 15" Oz F1's is one of the best things I've done to the car. It feels so much more alive now and the steering feel is much improved, I wasn't really expecting such a difference.

RC5+ are just bonkers, fantastic pad. Braided lines will only really make the pedal feel stiffer. Which in turn makes modulation of the pedal easier, great for heel toeing. If you haven't already done it, get some ATE super blue brake fluid.

done mine today too :)
