Who here owns a Subaru?

No idea on the MC stopper but I'd say decent braided brake lines are never a bad idea, especially where the standard lines are 10 years or older.

Just make sure they are fitted properly as I've seen a few lines split due to stress where the mounting points are positioned incorrectly.

Any luck in getting your wheel bearing sorted?

I know how you feel! My handbrake has started to bind slightly so I get a loud 'eeeeeeeeeeeeeee' sound when travelling at slow speeds.

I'm off a couple of days next week and hoping the weather is good so I can sort a few things out before Curborough. I've got a boost leak that I've tried to locate several times, and failed. I've now made myself a plug for the inlet so I can pump the system up to pressure and inspect it closely.

I've also been eyeing up Blitz Nur Spec R backboxes :o (thanks Kosta!)

Yeah that is the guy who's number i have been given to ring as i quoted scoobynet or something in the online quote form. Keep getting the "call back in 15 minutes" message though. I did leave a voicemail , but it was late so doubt ill get a call back until Monday.

When I was buying the Type RA I rang and rang and never got through. Fortunately (Or not) I didn't buy the car but it was a pain not being able to get through.

Guess i am a part of the Scooby crew now :D

Proper impressed with the purchase. I had to pay a bit more than was previously agreed but i don't care, worth every penny! Love it.

Got to say a massive thanks to agw_01 for helping me out, gave me some awesome advice along the way. He even offered to go look at the car for me before i went to fetch it. Great guy! Thanks again.

Yes!!!! :D :D

Awesome Ryan! Glad it worked out for you!

Now get yourself to Curborough (and you Phil) so we can show those MX-5 boys how it's done.

Ha, I've been watching for the Blitz NUR's too. Mine sounds quite nice as it is though (decats, prodrive back box). Just the right level of noise I think.

Got to learn how to drive it properly first before i think of doing anything else to it :p

This week ill be ordering a new double din for it though as the one in it now doesn't have bluetooth and it isn't that great. Not that i can hear anything over the exhaust anyway....
