To make around 420BHP what supporting mods would you need?

Normal headers (not actually sure if mine is standard or not lol, never looked)
3" straight through exhaust
K&N panel filter
Adding:
SC38
Bigger injectors
Also whats all this meth map about? Read a few posts where people mention it.

I've never dynod to compare the figures with and without meth on mine (Even with conservative timing) but the difference is instantly noticeable.You also tend to get a lot more torque with meth as well from what i've seen so the performance increase is greater than the 20 or so HP figure suggests.
I did think about meth with my old widetrack but decided against it in the end as it does seem quite a faf and if you intend on going far away (say to a european track) you'd need to be super organised or have another non meth map to run.
I went straight on to mapped for meth on my old STi so nothing to compare to in that aspect, but I think my quarter mile times speak for themselves. More power everywhere over a car not running meth.
Loads of 12.2s with 360-370bhp on the VF35 and a single 12.1s.
Never got to run it down the strip at its final 406bhp though!
