Who is looking forward to GTA V

I've seen a few reviews reporting this... Can't remember what it said other than something graphically was marginally different.

A few mates have it on the XO, so I'll probably end up getting this one.

You are reading the wrong reviews it appears. There's quite a few bits in the PS4's favour, but as you say, go with where your mates are because those bits don't overcome that aspect of the game.

Okay, upload downloaded, now it's installing. 20% so far and only took a minute or two, so should be in quite quickly. Feels good to be back on GTAV after a year. I'm going for 100% this time!

When do the personal garages in single player become available again? I just seem to remember them being there straight away on previous gen.

This is in single player, the 4-car garage per character.

I appreciate most have played before but an people please take care to use spoiler tags. I've seen a few things that I've had to pretend I didn't see now.

How do we access all the vehicles from the updates like beach bum in SP?

Do we order them?

I never really played it after all these updates came out.

So I don't think I'll be playing it in FPS mode much lol, it sucks pretty bad unless you're just mucking about on a bike.

Graphics are better I think but it's been over a year since I played on the 360 so I can't really remember what they were like. Rose tinted glasses and all I still remember GTA3 looking awesome, although when you actually revisit a game as old as that you realise they were terrible gfx lol.

I would say if you've got a 360/ps3 and it's still plugged in then you needn't bother with the next gen version. I however unplugged my 360 two weeks ago when I got my ps4 so this game is great for me. It should be quite fun playing through all the missions. Not to mention I barely touched GTAO as it was in teh first week and it was buggy as hell, should really have given it a little time. Well this is my change I suppose :p.

Also the ds4 speaker is flipping loud, going to see if I can revert it to the normal speakers at normal volume.

Is it just me or is there a blue fog more present during the day? I can't remember it been so prominent but then again it could be me looking at the graphics with more scrutiny. Call me crazy but the opening scenes in Los Santos seemed well foggy hmm.

ok so the mark of a good game for me is when time passes and i have done pretty much nothing.

2 hours of walking around the streets messing around with npc's follwing them to see what they do etc, the world is just beautiful.

First gta game ive played since GTA4 back on PC when it first came out, nothing but good impressions of it so far.

Hopefully im not the only kind of person who can spend hours just walking around in a game like this just getting immersed in the world :)

Not that far into the story, i've bought Franklin's garage now, I haven't unlocked Michael's yet & haven't unlocked Trevor as a character yet.

My copy arrived today. Got it installed, downloaded the patch and started playing. Well honestly I'm not impressed. I don't think I've felt this underwhelmed in a long time.

The graphics are ok but the framerate...it's just terrible. Honestly I don't think I can bear to play it. It just looks like a juddery, laggy mess to me. The controls are horribly unresponsive as well, probably due to the framerate. I'll give it another go later but I think I'll probably be selling this on.
