Who would I ring at this time to make a noise complaint? Obviously its not a 999 emergency. Cheers

I beg you as a student, please don't complain about students. You have no idea the adverse effects. 1 noisey student can literally lock the whole block down when complained about.

Well don't bother ringing anyone before 11, then can do the 101 or check your council website, they may even have some sort of a hotline. It's usually environmental services who deal with these. Is this a one off incident or something that's been going on for some time?

Not much the police can actually do other than record the incident for future use as evidence i think.

The people to call are your local authority / council and their environmental health or asbo units.
