Nice poll. (That's what she said!)

I do prefer DPD where I live. Compared to the likes of Evri and Yodel, who just might turn up / might not turn up, DPD are always on time and drivers are pleasant. UPS and Parcelforce aren't too bad either. :)

DPD and Royal Mail are the best for me here. Funnily enough, although their service is generally dreadful, the nicest delivery driver we have is the old boy from Evri.

DPD drive behind mine, look through the main entrance corridor.
realise the back entrance is only for people who live here and doesn't have an intercom.
take a photo and drove off claiming no access

when they can clearly see another entrance from the rear parking.

I can't order from any companies who use them

I'm surprised anyone voted DPD they killed their rep during the last decade.

aren;t most of their drivers on a gig system now? like deliveroo drivers

Seems pretty acurate..

DPD and Royal Mail have always been pretty reliable at the 4 addresses I've lived in this town, but I have to admit I've not had much if any issues with any at my current address (but can't remember ever having anything with Yodel).
(also Amazon delivery, fine 99% of the time, I don't mind them just leaving stuff at the door as they seem to only do that with cheap stuff. They have on a couple of occasions just dumped it in the lobby 2 floors below which isn't great.)

Never had an issue with DPD, DHL, or UPS.

FedEx are a lazy bunch and just hand our parcels to anyone on site at work, so can end up with £k's worth of IT Equipment sitting outdoor with stuff mechanics have ordered.

Royal Mail and Evri aren't too terrible around here (in terms of delivery drivers), but they are both soooo slow.

Wow username I have not seen in a while (a zillion posts must be the areas I frequent)

Dpd is pretty good here, drivers a good laugh also.

The image above is scarily accurate.

Amazon this way sometimes knock like bayliffs though.
For speed Evri will try the door handle and leave in hall, if you leave a downstairs window open, they'll deliver through that, as I found out when the room was plastered, went in to a parcel in middle of room.....

Evri aren't too terrible around here
Everi are disgusting around here.
I live in an apartment block in a "bad rep area"

Often I find evri packages just slung on the floor in front of the lift and delivered them my self, knowing otherwise they wouldn't last more than an hour
