Weight (see what I did there
) until you hit about 22 or so. I was exactly the same, now i got a bit of a tum and developing a double chin 
What I ate today:
9:50am Breakfast: Pot Noodle (Chicken and Mushroom) + Sainsburys Blue Bolt
11:15ish-am: Banana
1:30pm: Chicken Cottage - Cottage Wrap (regular not spicy) Meal - Large Pepsi and frys.
3pm: Apple
4:30pm: 2 Krispy Kreme donuts. Got the strawberry filling one before anyone else followed by the apple and cinnamon.
7:30pm: Large home made spag bol followed by slice of chocolate cake. Accompanied by a pint of coke.
I honestly have no idea why I am putting weight on tho
