Goatboy said:DVI-D is digital only so analog signals won't work through it.
DVI-I handles analog and digital so is VGA (analog) capable.
All graphics cards have DVI-I outputs, most displays have DVI-D.

Went to Component yesterday, changed the settings in the menus, and it looks no better imo.
The only difference i can see is more aliaising in games.

AGP? As in Accelerated Graphics Port, the brown slot on your motherboard for graphics cards?Johnnyboy said:How did you manage this?
I have bought a Wii component cable, but have no component input on my TV/ monitor - Doh!
I was hoping there was an adaptor to let me connect Component to AGP (D-sub) or to the Scart socket.
