Will the horns ruin the World Cup?

I didnt notice it at first but then when I realised it was so annoying. I prefer hearing the crowd to what best sounds like a giant wasp nest.

I was really tempted to mute the game it got so annoying.
 
Yeah, they seriously need to do something about it, even if they can't stop the fans using them at least tone it down on the TV. Just sounds like a massive angry bee is buzzing around or something.
 
I think the most effective way to complain would be to complain to the sponsors. As once they kick up a fuss you know its going to get sorted.

Dear mcdonalds

I am writing to you concerning the vuvuzelas. I have waiting 4 long years for the world cup and now when its finally here it is being ruined by the rage inducing buzzing sound. This sound gets me so angry and you know what pops up when im feeling angry... your McDonald's banner. If this carries on for the rest of the world cup. Everytime i see a mcdonalds the first thing which will come to mind is the horrible noise and how mad it made me feel. This will most certainly caus me to stay away from mcdonalds to avoid feeling such an emotion.

Just came here to post the same question. Bloody awful noise throughout the game. I like the highs and the lows with the crowds, not a horrible, constant, horn in the background.

It will ruin the games I watch if it's going to be like it every time. :( :( :(

Not only the English band but also the Brazilian drummers and their samba...so i know these ****ing horns are going to ruin the first Brazil game:(

Saying i wish that all the teams would club together and make an official complaint to FIFA about the horns putting them off their game ie communication being hard to get across...one can only hope.
 
I expected a swarm of killer bees storm onto the screen at any point and devour everything in their way while watching both the matches today.
 
They say it's a moral boost to the players.... HOW !!! a moral boost for 90 ******g minutes kind of takes the impact out of it.

It's just a talentless dumb stupid sound with no rhythmn.

Sort it out FIFA.

It's the World Cup and it's a bit of fun, just live with them. Who cares it's great. :D
 
My ears are still ringing from that crap yesterday! Hopefully the english fans will do the world a favour and beat the crap out of anyone with a horn at todays match!
 
I can't get over how stupid these horns are. They should move the World Cup to another continent, we're only two games in it's not too late :D
 
I woke up at 4am with a Banging in my head, I blame these horns & Obama as he is the Demonz !!!
