*WIN* Bitfenix Shinobi XL Gaming Case! *RUNNER UP PRIZE ADDED - SHINOBI USB 3.0 ** - WINNER ANNOUNC

I've never had a water-cooled system before and this looks like an ideal 1st step. I'd put some XSPC and EK watercooling bit as it seems that they're the market leaders. :)

here's my entry:
OcUK Tech Lab - D5 Vario Pump & EK D5 X-Top V2 Value Combo
EK CoolStream RAD XTX (360)
XSPC Razor HD6970 GPU Waterblock
EK Supreme HF CPU Waterblock - Copper Plexi
EK-CoolStream RAD XTX (120)
EK Multioption Reservoir X2 250 Basic
4xNoctua NF-P12 Vortex-Control 120mm Quiet Case Fan - 3 Pin
+tubes, fittings and other bits

I would fill it with one of these excellent kits from EK, changing the res for a 250 advanced and some Mayhems fluid like this.

My entry (which is suprisingly similar to the above) would be the 360mm version

- EK-Supreme HF
- EK-CoolStream RAD XTX 360
- EK-FAN Silent 120-1600 RPM (3 pcs)
- EK-DCP 4.0 Pump
- EK-Multioption RES X2 - 150 Basic

Always preferred seperate res and had the Supreme HF before - great block.

I could do some great mods to that case and the white looks rather tasty!

Being new to the wonderful world of water cooling i would guess a lot O fans, and a lot O rads would be order of the day:D
On a serious note though i think i would enlist the help of the OCUK gang to pimp my rigs sexy new abode with an abundance of H2O goodness.

Being a noob in watercooling, I wouldn't trust my judgement and research. So, If I win, I will put in there all the top of the line water cooling gear the OcUK Tech Lab can manage to fit in. I wouldn't accept the case until it's done because, as my first watercooling RIG, I want it to be epic. :D

mine would be.....
2 x 5850 with EK supreme HF Nickel EN plexi universal blocks on
140 phobya g changer with white led akasa fans push/pull in the rear for the cpu
360 EK XT with white led akasa fans push/pull in the roof for the gpus.
EK supreme HF Nickel EN plexi
EK DCP 4.0 pump and attached res
all connected with 7/16 XPSC clear tubing

i'd go for this, with the appropriate tubing and fittings:

YOUR BASKET
1 x Asus P8H61-I Intel H61 (Socket 1155) DDR3 Motherboard £68.99
1 x EK Supreme HF CPU Waterblock - Nickel Plexi £56.99
1 x OcUK Tech Lab - Alphacool DC-LT Ceramic 12V Pump, Top & Reservoir Value Combo £49.98
1 x EK CoolStream Radiator XT 120 (120.1) £26.99

*trollface*

being serious for a second, i wouldnt put a watercooling system in my PC because at the beginning and end of every term at uni my PC has a 10 mile car journey to do, which isnt ideal for a watercooling setup. it would, however, be very nice to get a new case because the coolermaster elite 342 isnt the greatest

Welcome to the forums :)

If I got the case I'd re-fit my loop with some proper sized rads! Currently only got space for a slim so I'd stick in -

1x EK-Supreme LTX AMD - Acetal
1x EK DCP 2.2 Pump
1x EK Reservoir Combo
6x OcUK 1/2" G1/4 - FatBoy Style Black Nickel Barb Fitting
XSPC 7/16" ID High Flex Hose
Mayhems Pastel - Ice White Coolant
And I'll probably upgrade my rad to a Phobya G-Changer 240

To carry on from my earlier post... I would consider one of these kits I just seen in the email

1X Mayhems Ultra Pure H20 Watercooling Fluid
2X XSPC 7/16" ID [16/11mm] Clear
2X OcUK 1/2" Barbed Fitting G1/4 - FatBoy Style - Black Nickel Finish

Sounds good to me :D

i have a bitfenix case survivor case already that survives being shifted around really really well.

as far as watercooling is concerned im a bit ADD, as in "oooooh shiny, flashy lights!"

But it would defo have to involve the colour scheme Red and Black as everything i get is that colour. my wallet, my jeans, my car, my hair and even my wheelchair come in red and black.

Im a total n00b when it comes to watercooling so id probably buy a kit from OC and use the extra space to learn how and where the different components go

..did i mention Ooohhh shiny!

since i don't have water cooling in my case, but a lot of fans keep it cool.

this from ocuk tech labs to make it flashy and start things out;

OcUK Tech Lab - V12 Watercooling Kit 360 [OCUKV12-1]

and maybe a few more things, make it watercooled and tons of led lights spraying colours all over the room

I think I would have to go with something abstract yet simple...

Like a 60ltr fish tank
filled with Johnson's baby oil

Why not?

EK supreme HF Nickel Acetal
360 EK XT with fans typhoons in push/pull
240 in bottom with typhoons again
Dual Bay Res
D5 Pump + top
all connected with 7/16 XPSC clear tubing
EK 7/16 black compression fittings
Fill it with the sexy blue Mayhems X2 when its out

I'm just posting what i have in my case, but i'm sure will fit great in Bifenix' too:

RADIATOR : TFC Xchanger 360
PUMP : Laing DDC 500 1T Plus
RESERVOIR : XPSC Dual Bay 5.25 "
WB CPU : EK Supreme HF Acetal+Nickel
WB GPU : EK Full Cover (mine is GTX560ti model)
TUBES : Tygon 13/10
LIQUID : Feser One Black or Blue (mine is Black)
FANS : Radiator -> 3x 120 Specre Pro Led White
Rear -> 1x Spectre Pro Led White 140
Front + Side -> 2 x Spectre Pro Led White 230

Im not choosing those fans to win this contest in, i just tried:

Zalman ZM F3
Cooler Master (many models)
Scythe Slipstream
Antec
Enermax Apolish
many other fans

but with white led and that awesome design spectre pro widely wins.

FAN CONTROLLER : Scythe Kaze Master Pro Ace

MISCELLANEOUS : Neon UV Chassis + LED Reservoir | Led White| Black Cable Sleeves

here my modded CM HAF X case with this water cooling system
