you need to install it as an update install, i don't think you can boot from it as with 7048

Why don't Microsoft just provide the download, instead of having to get it the other way. Would make more sense really, they must know the latest version is out there, so its not as if they can keep it for themselves and not release it to the public.

Because it's not been released to anyone, and it's not meant to be - someone leaked it. You can't expect them to let people have access to every daily build, can you?! They'll let people have RC1 when it's done.
