Wow driving home was bad visibility was poor snow / sleet coming down in buckets however not setting on main road due to rain, however pavements and grass look rather covered.
I reckon this would have been snowmaggedon around here had it been colder.

Was a bit of a blizzard here earlier, but not really settling. Going to be slippery as **** if it freezes overnight.Tomorrow is supposed to be the main event for us.

Sleety at 5:30pm. About an inch fell. Now there’s no snow on pavements and roads. Just on cars, trees/hedges, houses and water meter covers.
Need to visit doctors about my painful foot. Hopefully as my doctors operate an open surgery- ring at 8am and should see a doctor that morning. With the snow (still falling) will put a few people off!

Had quite a bit of snow here in Shropshire - It isn't a lot but it has covered the road - Haven't had this much for a number of years but I have seen much worse. It might stay for a while as it's still 1c and still snowing - Could be the right day to take wife to Tesco and give snow tyres a try out.
Don't tell her that you're going to do a couple of donuts around some quiet roundabouts.

Just measured the snow on main lawn and it's 6 inches, not as deep everywhere else. Still going strong here too, Rutland/Leicestershire border.
Gardening job has gone out the window
so just cleaning all the outdoor furniture ready for spring 
whenever that might be.
It's not cold though, even though my hands have been in water all morning I'm not feeling it.

need a picture. South west we got some settled drizzle but nothing too impressive beyond coating your boots, being on the coast will do that. One day I hope to build a snowman instead of a sandcastle on the beach, with a proper blizzard but last good attempt was 2018
